  • 7.3 – Monthly housing inventory in February 2016, 0.5 months less than February 2015.
  • 94 – Average number of days homes spent on the market in February 2016, 27 days more than February 2015.
  • 173 – Active home listings on the market in February 2016, 10 percent less than February 2015.

Colorado County February 2016 Statistics At-A-Glance

  • 7 – Homes sold in February 2016, 42 percent less than February 2015.
  • $132,500 – Median price in February 2016, 20 percent less than February 2015.
