Cynthia Miler

A Real Estate Professional, with 23 years experience, Cynthia was born in Colorado, and attended Arizona State University, studing Contract Law and Wills with the intention of becoming a Contract Law Attorney. Her family owned a residential development company and developed housing communities in Colorado, Arizona and Texas.

In 1982 she became a Licensed Realtor in the State of Colorado and a Broker in 1983. She moved to Katy, Texas in 1995 with her husband, Patrick and became a Licensed Texas Real Estate Agent.  In 1997 she formed CM Realty in Denver Colorado to help the Family Company to disburse of the portfolio of land holdings. She also assisted in the selling of seven (7) personal family residences from the $800’s to 3 million.

In 1980, she sold CM Realty and began working for residential custom home builders in Houston until 2005.

In 2015, my husband and I purchased a property in the Winedale area, where Cynthia now enjoys a successful business marketing and selling Real Estate in the Brenham, Chappell Hill and Bellville areas.
