Mrs. Riebeling was the most responsive and forthcoming real estate agent that I have had the pleasure of working with in years.  I have dozens of properties and have made several hundred property transactions over the past forty five years and Andrea is at the top of the list.  Although we were not able to find what I am looking for at the moment, I am confident that she will in due time.

Andrea is a pleasure to work with.  She has gone out of her way helping me find an investment property that fits my needs.  She is a great listener to get information from you to really show you properties that could meet your needs and not waste your time.  She is on top of new properties that are listed to give you information as soon as a property becomes available.  I would greatly recommend Andrea as your Realtor. – Zillow reviewer -whatsnextl

Andrea was very professional, not pushy, and very patient with me. We looked at numerous properties before we finally sealed a deal. I put Andrea to the test when we had three properties in the “Q” making offers on all three properties in a matter of two days. I remember Andrea telling me ” you are a tough negotiator “she hung in with me and worked very hard for me and did a great job negotiating the final deal. After closing the deal with the seller, Andrea was a huge asset in getting the deal to closing. There were some issues getting an appraisal and then funding. Andrea helped me thru the whole deal and made a very trying closing into a very positive experience. She definitely earned her money!!  I would/will definitely refer Andrea to anyone looking for a property, she made it a very enjoyable experience. Andrea is a true professional, and a really nice genuine person.

Dear Andrea,

Angela and I are writing to thank you for all of your help in looking for and finding a home in the Round Top, Fayetteville, and Columbus area. You spent a fair bit of time with us teaching us about the amenities in Round Top. We had a vague idea of what we wanted and the longer we looked, the closer we came to defining the type of property that we eventually purchased: a small home in Columbus built in 1897. This property is good for us because we are only an hour from Houston. We want to explore all of the small towns between Columbus and Austin.

Robert and I would like to say a big thank you to Andrea for selling our lots she has done what four other realtors were not able to accomplish. From the time we have met her we felt like we have known her our whole life she is warm and very dedicated and professional in her work.
