It’s in my blood. I’m a third generation Realtor. My mother, Lindi Braddock, is the owner/broker of Coldwell Banker Properties Unlimited and my grandmother, Yvonne Hastings, was a Realtor for thirty-eight years.

I got my real estate license at 18 years old and my broker’s license at 20. I’ve been in the business 5 years now, working with buyers and sellers to reach their goals.

I was born in Houston but I’ve lived in Brenham since I was four months old. I attended Brenham High School, Blinn College, and the Champions School of Real Estate. Since joining Coldwell Banker, I completed Coldwell Banker’s Fast Start program as well, which provides its graduates with comprehensive training in legal, Texas contracts, marketing, management, and customer relations.

I have been active in the community through volunteer outreach programs like Habitat for Humanity (I’m usually selling houses, but this time I helped build one!) and being a student mentor. I’ve worked at Brenham’s own High Cotton Baking Company.

I showed and sold a home on my first day on the job–the buyer had just lost everything she owned in Hurricane Katrina. She was so happy to find a place to live, and seeing that made me love my job even on the first day. The rush and excitement of making a client’s dreams come true make everyday in this business fulfilling and rewarding.
