Over the years, I’ve matched hundreds of buyers with their dream homes and have found ideal farm & ranch properties and commercial properties for numerous area landowners and businesses.
Real estate is my passion, and it’s a profession I take very seriously. I’ve dedicated myself to gaining the detailed skills and understanding that will help my clients with any type of real estate transaction: commercial, residential, or farm and ranch.
During my 24-year Air Force career, I gained detailed, first-hand knowledge of the needs of commercial enterprises and homeowners in selecting properties. As a Base Commander for three different bases in the United Kingdom, I was charged with buying, managing, and selling large blocks of residential and commercial property to support the military’s personnel and activities. That experience has translated well to my professional career in real estate.

As a Certified Corporate Property Specialist (CCPS), I’m highly qualified to guide you through the special considerations for buying and selling commercial properties, from tax issues to zoning.
As a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), I can guide you through several small changes to your house that can dramatically increase its market appeal for buyers, and might even help you get a higher price for your home.
As a Certified Buyer’s Agent and member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (CBA), I’m committed to honestly and ethically protecting the interests of buyers in any real estate transaction.
I recently obtained certification in eMarketing and Negotiations. My eMarketing certification provides me with the qualifications to successfully market your property using the Internet and various electronic media. My Negotiations certification gives me the edge in advising you during what could likely be the most delicate negotiation you enter — for the sale of your home or property.
I’ve studied extensively to learn about every aspect of farm & ranch real estate, such as management requirements for range, pasture, and crop land; forage inventories and stocking rates; wildlife habitat management; cropping practices; native pasture and range management; and improved pasture management.
In addition to striving to serve my clients with excellent service and attention to detail, I also work hard to elevate the profession of real estate as a whole. I serve on the Board of Directors of the South Central Board of Realtors, and I’m a member of the Texas Association of Realtors Political Affairs Committee, Professional Standards Committee and the 2004-2006 Regulatory and Property Rights Legislative Task Force. I was selected “Realtor of the Year” in 2002 by the South Central Board of Realtors, where I served as vice president in 2000 and president in 2001 and 2002.
